This site is dedicated to learning and sharing ideas and information that we believe will help all of us live a healthier and happier life, but that most of us simply don’t have enough to time to find out about on our own.  

When our son, Brandon Hampson, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer, we studied and learned as fast as we could to give him the absolute best chance he could have. 

While Brandon was ill, and after he passed on, we committed ourselves to give back a little of what we learned along the way… mostly things about health and nutrition and ways to stay safer from some of life’s dangers (gleaned from books and doctors and nutritionists and too many late nights on the internet), but also a bit about memories and family and spirit and hope...and what it’s like to go on.

If we could, we’d keep every family everywhere from experiencing the kind of loss that happened to us.  We know we can’t do that, but we’d like to believe something we say might make a difference to someone.  In that spirit, and especially because it was Brandon’s great wish “to help people,” we offer this message to all who care to come.
